Yuzu Dry Gin

This starts as our London Dry Gin, with Juniper-forward palate and nose, and spicy, earthy finish. This is a crisp gin, with generous helping of Juniper, with supporting layers of Yuzu Citrus unfolding around it.

Yuzu is like lemon, but with the luscious profile turned up to 11.

Beloved in many Japanese, Chinese, and Korean sweet and savory foods, Yuzu peel and Yuzu puree is infused into the Lodgepole Gin to create a unique cocktail gin as well as a warming sipper. This also adds the characteristic color of the citrus oils.

Favorite cocktails are Gin and Tonics, French 75, or a Corpse Reviver #2.

Neat, it’s a fantastic follow-up to a whiskey flight.
